What are the passes and prices for ISPO Digitize?
ISPO Digitize offers a different selection of passes. Discover here the list of available tickets and its benefits, as well as the prices.
Please note that accreditations will have to be printed in color. Each pass will identify the attendee, the company and the pass type (your industry segment). If you don’t have a color printer, we will print out your ticket at the registration desk.
Who can attend ISPO Digitize?
ISPO Digitize is a sports business event for individuals 16 years of age or older. Therefore, it is not open to the general public.
I have a discount code; how can I find out what ticket it is valid for?
During the registration process you will be able to introduce your code. When you click on ‘Apply code’, the ticket that it is valid for will automatically be displayed along with the discounted price.
Can I register more than one person?
Yes, it is possible to register more than one person at once. However, each attendee will have their own personal page, with which he/she will be able to customize his/her personal agenda.
Can I register more than one person using the same email address?
This isn't possible as the email address is the user identifier and, therefore, needs to be unique.
How do I register as a representative from the press (journalist or blogger)?
Please understand that press cards may only be issued to those, who can verify their status as a journalist or blogger. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org for the verification of your press accreditation. Please note the accreditation guidelines of Messe München.

How can I access my invoice?
If you requested your invoice during the registration process, log on to the registration page using your username and password; your invoice will be available in the ‘My Purchases’ section.
Can I amend my invoice?
If you need any modification in your invoice, please email our Registration Team at email@example.com. They will provide you with the new invoice.
Can I modify my registration profile?
You can modify your registration details by logging on to the registration page using your username and password.
When will I receive my Print@Home Ticket
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. About 4 weeks prior to the event, we will send you a Print@Home Ticket for the access to the event by mail.
I cannot longer attend. Do you have a Cancellation or Substitution Policy?
All sales are final. Cancellations, as well as ‘no shows’, will be liable for the full registration fee.
You can request a Substitution before the event to our Registration Team. Substitutions are only allowed among people from the same company and must be requested to our Registration Team at least one week in advance under firstname.lastname@example.org.
I WANT TO PREPARE MY VISIT
I need a visa invitation letter for my embassy. How can I get one?
Please request your visa invitation letter to the Registration Team once your registration is confirmed with an email to email@example.com. Specific visa requirements for your country can be found on the websites of the German Missions abroad.
Do you offer any travel and accommodation discounts for visitors?
There are a series of discount for our visitors. Please find all the information here.
When will I be able to create my own agenda?
From mid-May, all registered attendees will receive an email with further information on how to create their own customized agenda through the registration tool.
